Vaccum Circuit Breaker series Functions
The vacuum circuit breaker chassis series is used to install and move vacuum circuit breakers. As
the key component connects vacuum circuit breakers and switch cabinets in power equipment
with operational convenience, safety protection, equipment maintenance and system adaptation:
Structure:
VCB Chassis body: It is composed of metal frame and supported structure of the entire chassis
series. It has a certain strength and stability, can bear the weight of the vacuum circuit breaker,
and ensure that it will not be deformed or damaged during movement.
Transmission mechanism: screw and gear transmission
Control Mechanism:Including control motor, automatic controller, manual priority micro switch,
etc. The control motor provides power for the movement of the chassis; the automatic controller
is used to realize automatic control of the chassis, which can receive remote control signals or
communicate with other intelligent devices in the switch cabinet to realize automatic switching
of the vacuum circuit breaker in different positions (such as operating position, test position,
disconnection position); the manual priority micro switch allows the operator to manually control
the movement of the chassis when necessary, and the manual operation has priority over the
automatic control, so as to allow manual intervention in emergency situations or equipment
commissioning.
Positioning mechanism: It is composed of positioning sleeves, positioning pins, etc., and is used
to accurately determine the position of the vacuum circuit breaker in the switch cabinet to
ensure that it is correctly connected and matched with other electrical components in the switch
cabinet to prevent electrical failures or operational errors caused by position deviation.
Interlocking mechanism: To ensure operational safety and correct operation of the equipment,
the chassis is equipped with interlocking devices. For example, the mechanical interlock can
prevent the chassis from being shaken out when the vacuum circuit breaker is in the closed
stust,and the circuit breaker is closed when the chassis has not fully entered or exited the
specified position; the electrical interlocking realizes more complex interlocking functions by
signal interaction with other electrical components in the switchgear
The vacuum circuit breaker chassis series is also the core link to ensure safety and improve
efficiency in the power system. Through mechanical transmission, interlocking protection,
intelligent control and other functions, it combines the vacuum circuit breaker with the switch
cabinet, plays a key role in power generation, transmission, distribution and other scenarios, and
provides support for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the power system.
