Richge’s low-voltage switchgear accessories are 100% compatible with mainstream cabinet types including MNS3.0, OKKEN, 8PT, BLOKSET, NATUS, MDmax and ZTG.

OEM/ODM customization is not available for the low‑voltage switchgear accessory series. For pneumatic components and high‑voltage switchgear equipment, OEM/ODM customization is acceptable. The MOQ is negotiable. Sample lead time is 15–30 days, mass production lead time is 10–15 days, with a warranty period of 12–24 months.

The company has passed ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification. We can provide type test reports and third-party test reports, and we are RoHS compliant. Customer factory audit is supported.

Standard warranty period is 12 months after shipment. Extended warranty (24 months) is available with extra premium.

Yes. We support on-site FAT at our factory. Witness test documentation, test reports and photos/videos will be provided.

We provide remote technical guidance via email /video call. On-site technical service is negotiable for large projects.

Yes. We can provide type selection recommendations, drawing and dimension verification, as well as installation and commissioning guidance. For large-scale projects, our technical staff can be arranged to cooperate on scheme communication.
