Incoming Connector (Upstream Jaws 3P 630A) Functions
It is the key electrical components in the R-OKKEN low voltage switchgear, mainly in main
circuit power feeder; By working with the busbar, outgoing sockets, etc., the incoming end
is connected to the upper end of the switch to realize the main circuit power supply. It is
also important link in the power transmission that connects the busbar and the internal
circuit of the drawer unit, ensuring the orderly distribution of power in the distribution
system.
R-OKKEN Incoming Connector (Upstream Jaws 3P 630A) structure designs as belows
Plug conductive contact:Made in copper with silver plating, Copper has excellent electrical
and thermal conductivity. Silver plating further improves electrical conductivity and
reduces contact resistance. It also enhances anti-oxidation ability, reduces poor contact
caused by oxidation, and ensures stable transmission current (630A).
Spring:Straight spring sheet is set between the outer side of the plug conductive sheet
and the fixed bracket, forming a pressing force between the paired plug conductive sheets
to ensure good contact between the plug and the socket. And made by stainless steel
which good elasticity and conductivity.
Fixed bracket: used to fix the conductive sheet and spring sheet of the plug, provide
mechanical support and positioning, and ensure the structural stability of the plug. It uses
a new PA material (polyamide) with a high melting point and excellent heat resistance, oil
resistance, and aging resistance. It can work stably for a long time in the complex
environment inside the distribution cabinet (a certain temperature, possible oil pollution,
etc.), and the protection level can be adapted to different scenarios (When similar plugs
can reach IP67, dustproof and waterproof, the specific details are subject to the actual
product).
The working principle of the Schneider OKKEN low-voltage distribution cabinet 3P 630A
produced by Richge Technology is as follows:The cylindrical pin cooperates with the plug
conductive sheet to solve the need for the plug conductive sheet to expand and the spring
to provide pressure when plugging into the busbar. The two work together to greatly
reduce the friction of the connector expansion, avoiding damage to the busbar due to
spring pressure during the dynamic process of the plug being inserted into the busbar
(effective stroke 10-12mm); in static state, ensure that the contact pressure of each set of
springs reaches 75-95N, ensuring the stability and reliability of the connection and making
the current transmission smoother.
