Optimized narrow clearance construction enhances dust resistance. Four-side sensor grooves are available, and through-hole mounting is optional. Built-in magnetic rings work with M9 series reed switches to send open/closed feedback signals to PLC. Due to lever transmission, effective clamping force declines sharply with extended jaw overhang; torque verification is required during selection, and clamping arm length is recommended within 35 mm. Ideal for picking and flipping large-diameter tubular and irregular workpieces at miniature robot end effectors. MHW2 gear swing gripper is recommended if power-off holding or larger heavy-duty bore is required; MHZ2 parallel gripper is preferred for centered linear clamping.
