Overview

     Pneumatic tubing and push-in fittings are essential transmission components to connect FRL air units, solenoid valves, cylinders and vacuum assemblies. SOLH pipeline series adopts tool-free quick-plug structure to ensure stable air tightness, low pressure loss and fast on-site assembly. All specifications are fully compatible with mainstream international brands, supporting unified matching for the entire pneumatic system.

1. Pneumatic Air Tubing

• PU Flexible Hose：High-flexibility polyurethane tube designed for drag chain reciprocating movement, cylinder wiring and vacuum circuits. Standard polyester PU fits general dry workshops; upgraded polyether PU resists hydrolysis and cutting fluid, suitable for food washing and humid working environments.
• PA12 Nylon Hard Hose：Rigid and pressure-resistant nylon tube for fixed high-pressure main air pipelines. Featuring excellent oil resistance and high-temperature stability, it maintains stable shaping under long-term pressure. Not applicable for frequent bending or drag chain movement.
• SPU Spiral Coiled Hose：Elastic retractable spring tube with 3-times stretching ratio and automatic shrinkage. It saves space and avoids messy wiring, perfectly matching foot valves and air blow guns for mobile workshop stations.

2. KQ2 Push-in Fittings

     Adopts nickel-plated brass thread and stainless steel collet structure, supporting vacuum negative pressure up to -100kPa and pneumatic pressure up to 1.0MPa. Full range types include straight, elbow, tee, cross and bulkhead fittings. Complete thread specifications cover M5, G1/8, G1/4 and G3/8. Tool-free plug-and-play design enables fast installation and disassembly by pressing the release collar.

3. Piping Auxiliary Accessories

     Supporting full-system accessories including C110 air blow guns, AS flow control valves, AKH one-way check valves, plastic/metal silencers, ZFC vacuum filters and dedicated tube cutters。

Selection & Installation Notes

•  PU flexible hose is dedicated for drag chain and frequent moving wiring; PA12 rigid tube is only for fixed high-pressure main pipelines.
•  PA nylon hose is prohibited for vacuum circuits; vacuum piping must adopt oil-free dry PU tubing without lubricator oil mist.
•  Cut the tube flat vertically and insert fully into the fitting; never pull the tube out without pressing the release collar.
