Safety & Installation Precautions


  •  Air Source Requirement: Equip with AFC air service unit to filter water, oil and dust; contaminated air will wear seals and shorten service life.
  •  Pressure Limit: Continuous working pressure shall not exceed 0.8MPa; maximum test pressure 1.2MPa to avoid tube burst and seal damage.
  •  Environment Adaptation: Standard parts are for -20℃~+70℃ dry/oily conventional conditions; customized high-temperature/corrosion-resistant models for extreme scenarios.
  •  Tubing Selection Rules: PA12 hard tube for fixed high-pressure main pipelines; flexible PU tube for drag chain reciprocating movement, no cross use.
  •  Vacuum Circuit Rule: Only direct-acting 3V and VHK valves apply to vacuum systems; pilot solenoid valves are not available for negative pressure.
  •  Operation Safety: Adopt safety-covered foot valves for machine tools; cut off main air supply and exhaust residual pressure before maintenance to prevent accidental injury.
  •  Assembly Standard: Seal idle manifold ports with blank plates; install buffer speed controllers for long-stroke cylinders to prevent impact failure.
