SOLH MQR multi-channel rotary union adopts metal non-contact gap sealing with ultra-low rotating torque of 0.003~0.50 N·m. Free of rubber sealing rings, it avoids sticking even after long static storage. Available with 1/2/4/8/12/16 independent air passages without cross-leakage, it works under -100kPa vacuum to 1.0MPa positive pressure. Supported by double bearings, it reaches max 3000 rpm bidirectional rotation with up to 1 billion maintenance-free rotations. Equipped with standard M5 thread ports and lubrication-free structure, it eliminates pipeline twisting for robot joints, rotary indexing tables and rotary cylinders, widely applied in rotary jig vacuum adsorption and continuous air supply for electronics, packaging & printing rotating automation machinery. The stationary housing should be fixed and the rotating side matched with flexible coupling; heavy radial and axial loads are prohibited.

SOLIH GF series pneumatic rotary joint, 360° rotating air rotary union for automation. Single & multi passage versions, vacuum/positive dual use 0.095-1.0 MPa, max 300 rpm, low torque precision bearing seal, aluminum alloy body. Ports M5-G1/2, compatible with one‑touch fittings. Ideal for rotary tables, indexing plates, robot joints, rotating fixtures and multi circuit rotary pneumatic control.

SOLH I type single clevis joint for pneumatic cylinder rod end, low cost U clevis hinged connector with ±5° swing. Carbon steel / stainless construction, female thread M10×1.25 M36×2.0 matching 32-200 mm bore cylinders, pin hole φ10-36 mm. AirTAC/SMC/domestic naming compatible (F M10×1.25I, I 32, CA2 40 I). Ideal for push pull loads, linear guides and flipping mechanisms.

SOLH Y type double ear clevis joint for pneumatic cylinder rod end, standard fork connector interchangeable with SMC/AirTAC parts. Internal thread M10×1.25-M27×2 matching 32-125 mm bores, pin hole φ10-27 mm, ±5° single plane swing. Carbon steel blackened/galvanized or stainless steel. Ideal for single ear load lugs with high load bearing in push pull and articulated mechanisms.

SOLH F type floating joint for pneumatic cylinder rod end, flexible ball head compensating connector. Absorbs axial/radial misalignment (axial ±1.5 mm, angular ±2°~±5°), eliminates side force and protects cylinder seals. Threads M6×1.0-M20×1.5 matching 16-100 mm bores, anodized aluminum or 304 stainless. Interchangeable with AirTAC F series, SMC JAF/JAHF. Ideal for press fitting, assembly lines and long stroke conveying.

SOLH U type fish eye rod end bearing for pneumatic cylinder rod end, 360° universal articulated joint with ±13°~±15° swing. Compensates up to 2 mm coaxial deviation, eliminates lateral force and protects cylinder seals. Threads M6×1.0-M27×2 matching 16-125 mm bores, bearing steel / self lubricating copper / 304 stainless options. AirTAC F-U and SMC PHS interchangeable. Ideal for high speed, eccentric and multi angle load mechanisms.

SOLH KQ2S one touch push in fitting, direct SMC KQ2S replacement. Nickel-plated brass body, NBR seal, works for vacuum (-0.1MPa) up to 1.0MPa compressed air. One end for PU/PA tube, male thread end with recessed inner hex socket, enables hex wrench tightening in tight space. Great for compact valve islands, high density pneumatic wiring and vacuum adsorption systems.

SOLH KQ2F one touch push in fitting, direct replacement for SMC KQ2F. Nickel-plated brass body, NBR seal, works for vacuum (-0.1MPa) up to 1.0MPa compressed air. One end for PU/PA/FEP/PFA tube, one end female thread M5/Rc1/8~Rc1/2. Compact rotatable design for tight space piping, widely used on solenoid valves, cylinders and automation vacuum circuits.

SOLH KQ2H one touch straight push in fitting, direct replacement for SMC KQ2H. POM body, nickel plated brass thread, NBR seal. Works for compressed air up to 1.0MPa and vacuum down to -95kPa. Covers Φ2-Φ16 PU/PA tubes, metric M & R taper threads, equal-diameter and reducing configurations. Ideal for vacuum generators, micro cylinders and confined automation pneumatic piping.
