Overview
FRL units (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator) are essential front-end components for pneumatic systems. Installed at the air compressor outlet, they filter moisture, dust and oil contaminants, stabilize air pressure and provide micro oil mist lubrication. Effectively preventing valve sticking, seal abrasion and cylinder jitter, they greatly extend the service life of downstream pneumatic components and reduce equipment failure rates.
SOLH offers compact A series and high-flow B series with port sizes from G1/8 to G1/2. Multiple drain modes are optional to adapt to diverse industrial scenarios, supporting oil-free and lubricated air circuit requirements.

1. Single Individual Modules

AF / BF Air Filter (F):Removes condensed water, rust and solid particles. Standard 5μm filtration; optional 0.3μm high precision for vacuum and proportional valve systems. Equipped with manual, differential and float automatic drain modes. B series comes with impact-resistant protective cover, water separation efficiency ≥95%.

AR / BR Pressure Regulator (R):Stabilizes fluctuating compressor pressure to ensure constant cylinder output thrust. Adjustable range: 0.05~0.9MPa, with vibration-proof lockable knob. Compatible with external pressure gauge and wall mounting bracket.

AL / BL Lubricator (L):Atomizes ISO VG32 pneumatic oil to form uniform micro oil mist for valve and cylinder seal lubrication. Visible adjustable drip window and anti-backflow structure avoid oil reflux after shutdown.
