SOLH FRL filter-regulator-lubricator assemblies serve as core front-end air source purification modules of Richge’s pneumatic system, supporting modular combination and 1:1 interchangeability with SMC and AirTAC for direct installation without pipeline modification. They consist of compact Series A and high-flow Series B with port sizes ranging from G1/8 to G1/2. Individual modules include AF/BF air filters, AR/BR pressure regulators and AL/BL lubricators, equipped with standard 5μm filter elements and optional 0.3μm high-precision cartridges, alongside manual, differential and float-type automatic drain options. AFC/BFC FR two-unit assemblies are tailored for oil-free scenarios such as 3C electronics, food machinery and vacuum conveying; standard AC/BC three-unit FRL sets apply to conventional lubricated pneumatic circuits for machine tools, stamping and packaging equipment. Hard anodized aluminum housings and transparent PC filter bowls (Series B with protective covers) adopt standard NBR seals with optional food-grade silicone seals, operating within -5℃~+70℃. A full range of accessories including pressure gauges, mounting brackets, filter elements and residual pressure relief valves are supplied to remove moisture and impurities, stabilize pressure and provide micro oil mist lubrication, protecting downstream solenoid valves and cylinders against sticking and abrasion. SOLH AF800 / AF900 large-bore high-flow main line air filter is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models, equipped with G1¼/G1½/G2 ports and maximum rated flow up to 20000 L/min, designed for air compressor main pipelines, full-line centralized air supply and high-flow multi-valve island pneumatic systems. Built-in centrifugal pre-separation structure removes over 95% condensed water, rust and large particles in advance; multi-layer fiber filter cartridges offer optional precision from 2μm to 100μm with standard 5μm for general use. The 45 cm³ water bowl supports three drainage modes: manual drain, AD47 NC float auto drain and AD48-6 NO float auto drain. Three bowl types are available: standard impact-resistant transparent PC bowl, heavy-duty metal bowl and explosion-proof metal bowl with liquid level sight window, while metal variants are recommended for painting, lithium battery explosion-proof and oily machine tool harsh environments. Hard-anodized aluminum body with straight-through runner delivers low pressure drop. Matched with AR regulators and AL lubricators to form complete AC800/900 air service units, widely installed at the front of air compressors for large CNC clusters, lithium coating workshops, auto painting lines and chemical explosion-proof plants, protecting downstream solenoid valves, cylinders and vacuum ejectors to reduce overall pneumatic system failure rates.
SOLH AFF main-line coarse filter and AM oil mist separator can be cascaded in series and are fully interchangeable with matching SMC air purification components, complying with ISO8573-1 compressed air cleanliness standards. The 1μm AFF primary filter removes 99% condensed water droplets, dust and rust particles; the 0.1μm AM fine oil mist separator limits residual oil content below 1mg/m³ for oil-free clean air supply. The full flow lineup ranges from 300 to 14500 L/min with port threads 1/4"~2". Each unit comes with built-in visual clog indicator and lightweight stainless steel water bowl, while suffix-D normally open float auto drain is optional. Pressure drop is controlled under 5kPa with 20% higher flow capacity than conventional filters. Modular cascade connection is supported for combination with AMD ultra-fine activated carbon filters, serving as multi-stage water & oil removal post-processing equipment after air compressors for CNC machinery, food & pharmaceutical lines, 3C coating workshops and semiconductor oil-free processes. A 1.2~1.5 times flow margin is recommended during selection, and auto drain variants are preferred for 24-hour unattended production with high condensate output.
