SOLH venturi vacuum generators operate without motors or vulnerable moving parts for maintenance-free service and are dimensionally interchangeable with SMC counterparts. They generate negative pressure through compressed air jetting to replace bulky centralized vacuum pumps for automated picking and handling. ZU-S high-vacuum versions are designed for dense smooth workpieces such as PCBs, chips and metal sheets, while ZU-L high-flow types handle porous cartons and foam. Standard NBR seals are provided with optional food-grade silicone seals. Oil-free FR air preparation units are mandatory; lubricators are forbidden in vacuum circuits.
