The lengthened wear-resistant rings lower minimum working pressure to 0.12 MPa. Standard dual-end rubber buffers are equipped, and optional X160 high-speed version supports a maximum speed of 1500 mm/s. Pre-set slots accommodate D-M9 magnetic switches for position feedback. Standard oil-free operation fits dust-free workshops for semiconductors, electronics, medical and food industries. It handles light to medium loads from 0.5 kg to 40 kg for long-distance workpiece transfer, protective door actuation and compact long-stroke linear motion in hygienic automation.
