The allowable inertia torque is upgraded threefold to cope with high-speed clamping of high-inertia workpieces, and the maximum clamping force of φ63 bore reaches 12.4 kN under 0.5 MPa for reliable heavy-load holding. Working cycle: retract upward → 90° left/right rotation → extend for clamping; release follows reverse sequence. Fixed 90° rotation angle with tolerance ±5° ensures stable repetitive positioning. Except φ20 and φ25 bores with 2-side sensor mounting only, other sizes support 4-direction magnetic switch installation for neat wiring without interference. Through holes and double-end threaded holes enable direct mounting and flange installation. Double-side rubber buffers reduce impact, vibration and noise; oil-free design satisfies clean & dust-free working environments. Built-in magnetic rings work with position sensors to monitor clamp/release status; clockwise RZ and counterclockwise LZ rotation directions are optional. It is widely applied in machine tool fixtures, welding positioning, stamping fixing, precision 3C components, semiconductor tray clamping and fixture flipping limiting. It simplifies mechanical design and saves installation space by integrating rotating and clamping functions. Select bore size with clamping force ≥ actual load × 1.5 safety factor and reserve 3~5 mm stroke margin to avoid mechanical collision.
