    SOLH MY1B mechanically jointed basic rodless cylinder achieves full interchangeability with corresponding SMC models. Equipped with inner sealing belt and outer dust-proof belt, it cancels the external piston rod, whose overall installation length is close to effective stroke and saves more than 50% layout space compared with tie rod cylinders. Bore sizes range from φ10 to 100mm with maximum stroke up to 5000mm. The slide table is rigidly connected with the piston with outstanding bending resistance, allowing direct load mounting without auxiliary guides under light loads. Four-direction piping (front, rear, side, bottom) is available; models φ25~40 realize 17% weight reduction. Standard built-in adjustable air cushions are equipped, with optional external hydraulic buffers and dual-end stroke adjusters. Pre-reserved grooves fit D-M9 series magnetic switches, and oil-free operation is supported for clean workshops. Classified by load capacity: φ10~20 for light duty, φ25~40 for medium-light duty, φ50~63 for medium duty, φ80~100 for heavy duty. Widely applied in long-distance material conveying, automatic door actuation, heavy workpiece shifting in machining and long-stroke positioning pushing on non-standard automation lines as an economical universal linear driving solution.
