    MSQ Series Rotary Table/Rack & pinion type

    SOLH MSQ rack-and-pinion rotary actuator is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC rotary tables. Driven by symmetrical dual piston gear rack structure, it generates 3~4 times higher torque and superior radial & axial load capacity versus vane-type CRQ cylinders. Two grades are available: MSQB standard series with H9 tolerance and MSQA high-precision series featuring H8 fit and ±0.01mm repeat positioning accuracy. The rotary table is pre-machined with locating pin holes and fixture tapping holes, plus a central hollow through hole for wiring & tubing routing. Equipped with dual-end angle adjustment screws for infinitely adjustable swing range 0~190°, fixed 90°/180° swing variants are optional. Two damping solutions are offered: standard rubber bumpers and suffix-R integrated hydraulic shock absorbers (L low kinetic energy / H high kinetic energy). Dual piping layouts include default end-face ports and E side front ports. Built-in magnetic rings support M9BW reed switches to transmit position feedback signals to PLC. Frame sizes range from 10 to 200, pre-filled with long-life grease for lubrication-free operation. Widely applied to PCB optical inspection, microchip precision positioning, packaging direction switching, machine tool workpiece flipping and mini manipulator end rotary joints for indexing, turnover and multi-angle positioning automation.

Featuring medium poppet construction with Cv=0.87 flow coefficient, its flow capacity is around 8 times higher than mini VM1 series, equipped with standard Rc1/4 port and optional NPT/G1/4 threads. It works under 0~1.0MPa and is incompatible with vacuum, adopting lubrication-free wear-resistant poppet seal and robust metal body. Side port and bottom port piping layouts are available, supported by a complete lineup of interchangeable actuators: standard POM roller / hardened steel abrasion-resistant roller lever, one-way anti-rebound roller, straight plunger, flat pushbutton, yellow mushroom emergency stop head, green indicator button and lockable hinge knob. The hardened steel roller variant fits heavy-duty high-wear production lines. Widely used for cylinder & slide table stroke limit detection, equipment manual jog commissioning, jig fixture air switching and safety emergency interlock, it serves as the mainstream mechanical air trigger valve for packaging, textile, printing and general automation production lines.
