The standard five-port layout consists of P main air supply inlet, A/B working ports connected to miniature double-acting cylinders, and two separate side exhaust ports R1/R2 reserved for miniature silencer installation to cut exhaust noise and block external dust ingress. A balanced sliding spool structure is adopted, which is immune to air supply backpressure interference; only light external force is required to complete stable valve switching with ultra-sensitive response. Multiple actuation heads are optional to fit diverse working conditions: M5B straight plunger for rigid contact positioning detection, M5R universal roller lever triggered by cams and baffles, unidirectional roller M5L for single-direction limit anti-misoperation, and various manual button & toggle styles for on-site manual jog control and emergency cut-off. Constructed with hard anodized aluminum valve bodies and wear-resistant NBR nitrile rubber seals, the valves support lubrication-free operation under filtered compressed air within 0.05~0.8 MPa, boasting a service life exceeding 10 million switching cycles. Custom multi-station manifold bases (M5M series) are available for centralized air feeding and modular integrated installation, together with matching adapters, micro silencers and quick connectors. Distinguished from 3/2-way S3 pilot valves, this 5-port M5 series can directly drive small double-acting cylinders or output pilot signals to actuate main solenoid valves. Typical scenarios include assembly fixture in-place detection, cylinder travel automatic reversing, on-site manual debugging and small automation pneumatic logic signal triggering.
