Internal pilot version works 0.1~0.7 MPa, while external pilot variant supports -100kPa vacuum environment. The gap-sealed spool reaches up to 200 million switching cycles. Air ports are arranged on side, top and bottom for flexible tubing routing. Valves adopt plug-in snap design compatible with SS5Y manifold valve islands, enabling single-valve maintenance without disassembling the whole bank, with IP65 plug connector and IP67 manifold base rating. Optimized internal runners deliver around 80% higher flow than legacy valves, and built-in pilot filter mesh prevents spool stuck by dust. Widely used for cylinder directional switching and centralized pneumatic control in semiconductor, automotive welding, packaging and medical automation equipment.
