Bore sizes range from 6 to 25 mm with strokes 10–150 mm. The twin parallel piston rod design delivers strong thrust and excellent anti-torsion & anti-rotation performance. A built-in floating joint between piston and slide carriage offsets eccentric lateral loads. The base features 3-direction mounting tapped holes, while the slide carriage provides multi-surface fixture mounting holes and positioning pins; side slots for magnetic reed switches and built-in magnet come as standard. Multiple buffer options are available: double / single adjustable air buffer, hydraulic shock absorber and external stop blocks for smooth reciprocation and high repeat positioning accuracy. HLQ fits medium-small loads with limited space, while symmetrical HLQL handles heavy loads and severe eccentric offset. Widely used for automatic transfer, precision clamping and linear positioning in 3C, semiconductor assembly and testing equipment.
