It adopts an integrated three-axis structure consisting of two guide rods plus a central piston rod, featuring ultra-high rigidity. Its torsion resistance and lateral load capacity are more than twice those of conventional dual-guide rod cylinders, effectively preventing deflection and positional offset. Available bore sizes range from φ6 mm to 100 mm with two core variants: TCL precision ball bearing type delivers ultra-low friction and smooth motion for high-frequency lifting and precision positioning; TCM brass alloy sliding bearing type boasts superior wear resistance and impact resistance for heavy loads, dusty environments and conveyor line stopping operations. Standard strokes cover 5 mm to 500 mm. Optional configurations include J-type stroke adjustment (max 50 mm adjustable range) and -T high-temperature version operating steadily from -20℃ to 120℃. SOLH MHZ2 standard-stroke and MHZL2 long-stroke parallel air grippers are fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models. Driven by symmetric dual pistons and precision linear guide rails for synchronous jaw movement, they deliver ultra-high repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm with bore sizes 10/16/20/25 mm. Three actuation modes are available: D double acting for maximum clamping force and continuous mass production; S single-acting normally open, which automatically releases workpieces upon air cut to avoid crushing at hot stamping stations; C single-acting normally closed with spring holding force without air supply to prevent workpiece drop for overhead robot handling. A full range of interchangeable jaws (narrow, thin flat, side tapped for extended fixtures) and multiple body port layouts (standard side port, end side port, axial push-in port) are optional. Built-in magnetic rings work with M9BW reed switches to transmit open/closed position signals to PLC interlock systems.
