SOLH CJP2 compact double acting pin pneumatic cylinder is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models. Bore sizes include Ø4/6/10/16 mm, split into CJP2 (without magnet) and CDJP2 (built-in magnetic ring). Pure double acting design fitted with rubber cushions on both ends to reduce impact and noise. Compared with legacy CJP series, it adopts shorter body construction and achieves 55%~65% weight reduction. Six mounting styles are available: basic, panel, flange, foot mount and more, suitable for embedded installation, axial fastening and lateral assembly. All sizes come with magnetic rings; even the minimum Ø4 variant supports dual M9 series magnetic switches for bidirectional position feedback. Hard anodized aluminum barrel and NBR seals enable oil-free operation with service life over 3 million cycles and steady bidirectional thrust. Widely used for short-stroke bidirectional push-pull applications such as micro component ejection in 3C industry, button durability testing, precision instrument fine-tuning and miniature actuators for medical equipment.
