Constructed with a round barrel plus externally arranged dual large-span guide rods, it delivers supreme structural rigidity. Its lateral load capacity is three times that of ordinary guided cylinders, avoiding piston rod sagging under long strokes and structural deflection under eccentric heavy loads. Bore sizes range from φ20 mm to 100 mm with two versions: MGGM carbon alloy sliding bearings and MGGL high-precision ball bearings. The maximum standard stroke reaches 1300 mm, greatly exceeding the stroke limit of MGP and MGQ series. Dual-end built-in hydraulic buffers come as standard to absorb massive impact energy generated during long-distance high-speed operation, effectively lowering noise and protecting equipment.
