    SOLH 2P series mini 2/2-way direct acting normally closed solenoid valves adopt high-strength PA66 nylon engineering plastic valve bodies, specially designed for low-cost small-flow automatic switching of compressed air, clean water and low-viscosity lubricating oil. Featuring genuine zero-pressure startup performance, the valve can open normally under 0MPa pressure difference, effectively breaking the pressure dependence of pilot-operated solenoid valves. This series adopts a mature direct electromagnetic driving structure. Under power-off status, the built-in reset spring tightly compresses the valve core to maintain a fully closed state; when energized, electromagnetic attraction lifts the valve core rapidly to conduct the pipeline, with the whole switching action finished within 0.05s for ultra-fast response. Standard configuration uses wear-resistant VITON fluororubber seals with outstanding resistance to oil, water and mild corrosive media; NBR nitrile rubber sealing is available as an optional replacement according to working conditions. The coil reaches IP65 dustproof and waterproof protection grade with Class B insulation, capable of stable continuous operation in humid workshop environments. With fixed φ2.5mm flow orifice and CV value of 0.23, two mainstream thread specifications G1/8 and G1/4 are available, paired with diverse wiring options including standard DIN socket, flying leads and indicator light sockets, together with universal AC/DC voltage options to meet global matching demands. Lightweight compact outline suits installation inside compact equipment modules. It is widely used in vacuum generator air source control, small cylinder air supply switching, equipment micro cooling water loops, automatic spraying, air compressor automatic drainage and small humidification systems, serving as a cost-effective miniature fluid control alternative to brass 2V series valves.
