This series only needs one 5/3-way center-pressure solenoid valve for full position switching, removing complicated dual-valve pneumatic circuits to simplify system layout and lower overall engineering costs. The intermediate locking position supports ±10° fine angular adjustment, while the left and right travel limits are separately tunable within 0~95°, delivering flexible multi-angle positioning. It is classified into four specifications: basic MSZB, high-precision MSZA, rubber buffer MSZB-R and hydraulic buffer MSZA-R. The dual-rack dual-piston internal structure effectively eliminates gear backlash and outputs steady torque during frequent position switching. The integrated rotary plate comes with reserved locating pin holes for direct workpiece installation, paired with a central hollow through-hole to pass wiring and air tubing neatly. Standard side sensor grooves fit D-M9B & D-A93 magnetic switches to realize real-time signal feedback of three working stations. MSZA boasts positioning accuracy up to ±0.02 mm, while hydraulic buffer variants absorb large collision energy perfectly for high-speed heavy-duty rotation. The port layout follows universal industry standards: P for main air inlet, A for execution working port connecting cylinders or vacuum suckers, R for exhaust port matched with silencers to lower operational noise. Direct-acting 3V1 and 3V2 variants support reliable zero-pressure startup within 0~0.8 MPa with switching response under 0.05s, perfectly fit for low-pressure gas pipelines and negative-pressure vacuum control scenarios. Pilot-operated 3V100/3V200/3V300 series features larger flow capacity and lower coil power consumption, requiring a minimum inlet pressure of 0.15 MPa for stable switching to satisfy high-flow conventional pneumatic loops. Equipped with a thimble-style manual override button for convenient on-site debugging during installation and maintenance, the whole series supports oil-free operation with stable sealing performance. Multiple thread specifications including M5, G1/8, G1/4 and G3/8 are optional, paired with mainstream global AC & DC voltages and two wiring modes of DIN socket and flying leads.
