Product Overview

     SOLH CQS series thin compact cylinder is interchangeable with SMC CQS series. Designed for limited installation space and high-precision short-stroke applications. Square ultra-slim body, bore size φ12~25mm, upgraded high precision version based on CQ2 series. Widely used in semiconductor, 3C electronics and precision automation fixtures for clamping, pushing and positioning.

     -- Square ultra-thin body, shorter overall length than CQ2 model;

     -- Hard anodized aluminum barrel, chrome plated piston rod, high rigidity;

     -- Complete variants: standard single rod, twin rod, non-rotating rod, long-life XB24 version;

     -- CDQS built-in magnet for position sensor detection; multi-side sensor slots, sensor does not protrude outside cylinder;

     -- Fixed rubber cushion on both ends, no air cushion;

     -- Low friction seal with oil reservoir, oil-free operation, service life ≥5 million cycles.
