SOLH CRQ2 ultra-thin rack and pinion rotary cylinders adopt double-rack meshing structure to achieve zero-backlash precise rotation, perfectly suited for space-constrained light & medium-duty automation. The 5/3-way three-position version provides three optional neutral modes: closed center (Type C) locks all ports for cylinder suspension locking and anti-drop protection; exhaust center (Type E) connects A/B ports to exhaust channels for pressure relief and free floating during manual commissioning; pressure center (Type P) feeds compressed air to both working ports for bidirectional balanced clamping. Available specifications range from 4V110 up to 4V410 with thread sizes M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2.
