    SOLH 3A series 3/2-way externally air-operated directional control valves are manufactured in accordance with mainstream industry standards. Driven entirely by pneumatic signal input without any electromagnetic coils, this series is engineered to govern extension, retraction and pressure retention of single-acting pneumatic cylinders. It serves as the critical safety control element for all-electric-free pneumatic circuits, hazardous explosive atmospheres and fail-safe industrial machinery. The standard three-port layout follows universal industrial definitions: P for main compressed air supply inlet, A for working outlet connected directly to single-acting cylinders, and R for exhaust port for pressure relief and rapid spring reset. Two control configurations are available. Single pneumatic control models (3A×10) switch upon receiving external air signals and automatically reset via built-in springs once the control air signal is removed to guarantee fail-safe reset performance. Double pneumatic control variants (3A×20) adopt latching spool structure, locking the valve position persistently even after control air is disconnected to sustain long-term clamping and positioning. Constructed with high-strength aluminum alloy valve bodies and precision-machined spools, the valves support oil-free operation under filtered compressed air with filtration precision above 40 μm within the working pressure range of 0.15~0.8 MPa. Four dimensional specifications from miniature 3A100 up to heavy-duty high-flow 3A400 cover M5 to G1/2 thread connections, and NPT threads are optional for overseas projects. Without internal electrical parts, the valve features intrinsic explosion-proof performance, perfectly suited for flammable, dusty and humid working environments. It supports random multi-angle installation and manifold assembly for modular valve banks, widely deployed in workpiece clamping mechanisms, pneumatic safety interlock systems and long-duration positioning stations.
