    SOLH MHS3 3-jaw and MHS4 4-jaw wedge-cam self-centering hollow pneumatic grippers are fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models. Wedge cam transmission drives synchronous jaw centering, achieving repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm. Bore sizes range from 16 to 125 mm. Standard double acting (D) design, with optional single acting normally closed (C) / normally open (E) spring return versions. The central hollow through hole allows routing of air tubes, ejector pins and optical fibers, supporting both external clamping and internal expanding gripping. Evenly spaced three jaws of MHS3 provide superior coaxiality, ideal for shafts, discs and ring-shaped workpieces. Orthogonally arranged four jaws of MHS4 deliver stable constraint for square, rectangular and irregular flat parts to avoid tilting. Built-in permanent magnets are compatible with M9BW series magnetic switches. The low-profile compact body fits robot end effectors perfectly. Derivative variants include dust-protected MHSJ3 and extended hollow MHSH3. Widely applied to machine tool loading/unloading, bearing press-fitting, handling of 3C circular & square components and concentric assembly of tubular workpieces.

    MSQ Series Rotary Table/Rack & pinion type

    SOLH MSQ rack-and-pinion rotary actuator is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC rotary tables. Driven by symmetrical dual piston gear rack structure, it generates 3~4 times higher torque and superior radial & axial load capacity versus vane-type CRQ cylinders. Two grades are available: MSQB standard series with H9 tolerance and MSQA high-precision series featuring H8 fit and ±0.01mm repeat positioning accuracy. The rotary table is pre-machined with locating pin holes and fixture tapping holes, plus a central hollow through hole for wiring & tubing routing. Equipped with dual-end angle adjustment screws for infinitely adjustable swing range 0~190°, fixed 90°/180° swing variants are optional. Two damping solutions are offered: standard rubber bumpers and suffix-R integrated hydraulic shock absorbers (L low kinetic energy / H high kinetic energy). Dual piping layouts include default end-face ports and E side front ports. Built-in magnetic rings support M9BW reed switches to transmit position feedback signals to PLC. Frame sizes range from 10 to 200, pre-filled with long-life grease for lubrication-free operation. Optional accessories include analog mechanical vacuum gauges and digital vacuum pressure switches with NPN/PNP single/dual channel and voltage/current analog signal outputs, plus diverse plug connectors, coil voltages and manual adjustment knobs.
