     SOLH AR pilot operated regulators cover full models AR425/435/625/635/825/835/925/935. Adopting internal pilot relief structure, this series targets medium-high pressure, large flow, long-distance and high-precision main air pipelines. Compared with standard direct-acting regulators, it delivers superior regulating accuracy, bigger throughput and stronger anti-pressure-fluctuation performance.

Structure & Working Principle

     Structure: Internal pilot relief type with constant bleed pilot air 

     1 .Inlet compressed air splits into main flow channel and independent pilot control circuit.

     2. Pilot air pressure pushes the diaphragm to adjust the opening of main spool for stable output pressure.

     3. Built-in relief function automatically exhausts excess secondary pressure to maintain constant outlet pressure.

     4. Constant bleed air flow at around 5 L/min ensures ultra-fast response and outstanding regulating precision.

     Max working pressure reaches 1.0 MPa with 1.5 MPa proof pressure. Port sizes range from 1/4" up to 2", perfectly matching factory main trunk lines and centralized air supply systems.
