The rotary table is pre-machined with locating pin holes and fixture tapping holes, plus a central hollow through hole for wiring & tubing routing. Equipped with dual-end angle adjustment screws for infinitely adjustable swing range 0~190°, fixed 90°/180° swing variants are optional. Two damping solutions are offered: standard rubber bumpers and suffix-R integrated hydraulic shock absorbers (L low kinetic energy / H high kinetic energy). Dual piping layouts include default end-face ports and E side front ports. Built-in magnetic rings support M9BW reed switches to transmit position feedback signals to PLC. Frame sizes range from 10 to 200, pre-filled with long-life grease for lubrication-free operation. Widely applied to PCB optical inspection, microchip precision positioning, packaging direction switching, machine tool workpiece flipping and mini manipulator end rotary joints for indexing, turnover and multi-angle positioning automation.
