Designed without return springs and equipped with mechanical self-locking positioning, this valve switches airflow by axial pushing and pulling: pushing the sleeve forward connects the P inlet port and A working port for normal air supply; pulling backward disconnects the air intake and automatically links port A with the built-in R exhaust port to rapidly vent residual pressure inside rear pipelines and actuators. It serves as a dedicated safety shut-off switch for pneumatic branch pipelines and essential pressure relief valve for equipment maintenance work. Three standard ports are configured: P for main compressed air inlet, A for output to downstream pneumatic components, and an embedded built-in R exhaust port hidden inside the valve body. A wealth of specifications covering G1/8 up to G1 thread sizes are supplied, paired with three thread layout options (SF single inner & single outer thread, SS double outer threads, FF double inner threads); PT taper thread, G parallel thread and NPT thread are selectable to fit global piping standards. Constructed with hard-anodized aluminum alloy valve bodies, stainless steel anti-rust spools and high-performance NBR nitrile rubber sealing rings, the valve supports lubrication-free operation under filtered compressed air within 0~1.0 MPa rated working pressure and withstands test pressure up to 1.5 MPa. It can be directly installed in series within air pipelines without extra mounting bases to save installation space.
