The pilot-operated type requires a minimum 0.05MPa startup differential pressure, delivers ultra-large flow with low-power low-temperature-rise coils, suited for air compressor main drain lines, general assembly main spray water circuits and high-flow circulating pipelines for water treatment systems. Standard NBR nitrile rubber seals are equipped, with optional heat & acid resistant EPDM food-grade seals. Multiple international thread standards (PT/G/NPT) and full-range coil voltages (DC12/24V, AC24/110/220V) are available, supported by DIN plug sockets for cabinet wiring and IP65 waterproof wire leads for humid outdoor equipment. Heat-resistant coils allow 24-hour continuous energization without burnout. Selection guidelines: choose direct-acting type for pipelines with static pressure below 0.05MPa and micro single-point flow; select pilot-operated variant for G1/2 and above main headers with stable high-pressure large circulation. EPDM seal is mandatory for hot water, purified water and food-grade fluid media.
