Equipped with hexagonal piston rod and built-in guide structure for mechanical anti-twist performance. Rotation tolerance: ≤±1.5° for Φ10 and ≤±1° for Φ16, eliminating load deflection issues occurring on ordinary round rod cylinders during reciprocation. Constructed with 304 stainless steel barrel for rust and moisture resistance, featuring slim and compact outline. Three operation modes are optional: double acting, single acting spring return and single acting spring extend. Built-in magnetic ring is optional, compatible with M9BW magnetic switches for position feedback. Standard rubber cushions at both ends; oil-free operation supported with mechanical service life up to 8 million cycles. Multiple mounting options are available including basic type, foot mount, flange mount and double clevis mount. Ideal for applications requiring fixed angular posture of end fixtures, such as flat jig pushing in 3C automation, linear feeding of cameras for optical inspection, workpiece transportation inside guide slots and ejection of flat workpieces. Standard CJ2 round rod cylinder is recommended if angular restriction is unnecessary and cost efficiency is prioritized. Excessive radial side load on piston rod should be avoided to prevent guide bushing abrasion and deterioration of anti-rotation accuracy.
