KQ2H is a standard straight push-in pneumatic fitting with push-to-connect design, compatible with PU and PA nylon tubing. It serves both compressed air and vacuum piping systems and is widely matched with ZH, BM, PBM, PBX series vacuum generators. As one of SOLH’s core push fitting series, it can directly replace imported SMC KQ2H fittings.
The KQ2H series includes three main sub-types:
Male thread straight: One end male thread (micro M thread / R taper thread), one end tube insertion
Equal diameter straight (-00 suffix): Both ends for same OD tubing butt joint
Reducing straight: Two ports for different tube outer diameters to realize pipe size transition
Single-hand assembly & disassembly: Insert tube for automatic locking; press blue release ring to pull out tubing, fully standardized dimensions.
• Spring jaw one-touch locking structure: Tube inserted and locked automatically. Press release collar to detach tube for convenient assembly.
• Material composition: Reinforced POM plastic body; nickel-plated brass threaded end for anti-rust and reliable sealing.
• NBR nitrile rubber seal works steadily for positive compressed air and negative vacuum circuits.
• Full size coverage: Tiny tubing Φ2/3.2/4, regular Φ6/8/10/12 and large size Φ16. Supports micro M threads (M3, M5, M6) and imperial R taper threads (1/8,1/4,3/8,1/2), suitable for vacuum generators and micro cylinders.
• Compact size, ideal for installation in narrow spaces of automated machinery.

1. Cut tubing flat without burrs. Burrs will scratch sealing rings and cause air or vacuum leakage.
2. Fully insert tubing until seated to engage jaws. Always press release ring before pulling tube out; never yank forcibly.
3. Recommended for PU / PA rigid nylon tubing. Thin-wall PE soft hose is not suggested.
4. Confirm insertion depth under vacuum working conditions. For repeated negative pressure cycles, compare with BPS screw-on fittings for alternative selection.
