1. Product Overview

     C-type self-locking quick coupler is standard steel-ball self-locking fitting widely used in pneumatic industry. Built-in spring and steel ball realize automatic locking upon insertion, and release by sliding sleeve backward. No tools required, single-hand operation. It consists of female coupler (with sliding sleeve) and male plug for paired assembly. Widely applied in compressed air pipelines, pneumatic tools and automated air supply circuits, also matched with vacuum generators and full pneumatic piping systems.

     • Steel-ball self-locking structure: Audible "click" when male plug fully inserted and locked; cannot separate under pressure. Pull back sliding sleeve for unlocking and disconnection.

     • Dual-layer NBR seal rings: Excellent air tightness, resistant to compressed air and minor lubricating oil, low air leakage rate.

     • Body Material: Nickel-plated steel (metal standard version) / high-toughness plastic (lightweight option). Anti-rust and wear-resistant for frequent plug & pull in workshop.

7. Operation Notes

  1. Only for compressed air. Not suitable for high-pressure hydraulic fluid or strong corrosive media.

  2. Depressurize before plugging/unplugging. Forcible disconnection under pressure may damage steel balls and sealing rings.

  3. Regularly inspect O-ring wear; replace seals immediately if air leakage occurs.

  4. PTFE tape is recommended for threaded installation. Do not over-tighten to avoid thread stripping.
