    SOLH MGG series heavy-duty long-stroke guide rod cylinder is dimensionally interchangeable with equivalent SMC heavy-duty cylinders. Constructed with a round barrel plus externally arranged dual large-span guide rods, it delivers supreme structural rigidity. Its lateral load capacity is three times that of ordinary guided cylinders, avoiding piston rod sagging under long strokes and structural deflection under eccentric heavy loads. Bore sizes range from φ20 mm to 100 mm with two versions: MGGM carbon alloy sliding bearings and MGGL high-precision ball bearings. The maximum standard stroke reaches 1300 mm, greatly exceeding the stroke limit of MGP and MGQ series. Dual-end built-in hydraulic buffers come as standard to absorb massive impact energy generated during long-distance high-speed operation, effectively lowering noise and protecting equipment. MGGM sliding bearings feature outstanding wear and shock resistance for heavy-duty dusty environments and intensive conveyor line stopping; MGGL ball bearings realize ultra-low friction and smooth movement with top anti-rotation accuracy up to ±0.02°, ideal for high-precision long-stroke positioning and high-speed cyclic motion. The split modular design enables separate disassembly and replacement of the cylinder barrel and guide assembly for low-cost maintenance. Available mounting forms include basic surface mounting and front flange installation; optional extras cover J-type stroke adjustment (0~50 mm adjustment range) and XB6 high-temperature variant working stably between -10℃ and 150℃. Built-in magnetic rings are standard, with multi-directional grooves for flexible magnetic switch fitting. Operating pressure ranges 0.1~1.0 MPa with maximum running speed up to 1000 mm/s. Widely applied to vertical lifting platforms, heavy pallet long-distance transfer, heavy-duty stopper positioning and large jig ejection, it replaces the combined solution of ordinary cylinders plus separate heavy guide posts to simplify mechanical design, serving as the preferred pneumatic actuator for heavy-load, long-travel and high-impact automation applications.
