CRB1 / CRB2 Series Vane Type Rotary Actuator

SOLH CRB1 / CRB2 vane-type rotary actuators are fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC swing cylinders. Direct vane drive eliminates gear backlash, delivering low rotary inertia and ultra-fast response. CRB2 is the compact light-duty range with bore sizes 10~40 mm; single vane supports up to 270° swing while double vane limits rotation to 90°/100°, ideal for high-speed mini flipping in confined-space 3C and packaging equipment. CRB1 heavy-duty series covers 50~100 mm bores with full bearing support and outstanding impact resistance, providing maximum torque up to 24 N·m for heavy fixture and large workpiece indexing turnover. Single vane offers wide swing range, whereas double vane doubles torque at the same bore size. Built-in rubber bumpers come standard; angle adjuster suffix Z and hollow shaft are optional, and CDRB variants integrate permanent magnets compatible with D-M9B / D-A93 reed switches.
