F-type floating joint is a ball-head flexible connecting accessory mounted on cylinder piston rod. Its core function is to absorb installation eccentricity and angular deviation, eliminate lateral side force and protect cylinder seals. It is the standard component for solving alignment errors in automated equipment.
• Structure: Female thread (connect piston rod) + ball head + male thread (connect load), built-in elastic compensation assembly.
• Compensation Capacity: Axial ±1.5mm, radial ±1.25mm, angular ±2°~±5° depending on model.
• Material: Standard anodized aluminum alloy; 304 stainless steel for corrosion-resistant applications; NBR / FKM rubber seals available.
• Function: Convert rigid hard connection into flexible adaptive connection, prevent lateral bending moment and seal abrasion on piston rod.

Selection Guide: Poor installation alignment → F-type; low speed heavy load → Y-type; double ear load bracket → I-type; high speed & large eccentricity → rod end bearing.
1. Screw the female thread onto piston rod external thread, anaerobic thread locker is recommended for anti-loosening.
2. Connect male thread end directly to load (or flange / connection plate), strict coaxial alignment is not required.
3. Operating pressure: ≤1.0MPa for standard cylinders; working temperature: -10℃ ~ +120℃.
4. Not suitable for continuous rotary motion. External buffer or stopper required under impact load.
