    SOLH 3V series 3/2-way pneumatic solenoid directional control valves are engineered with both direct-acting and pilot-operated structures, tailor-made for driving single-acting spring return cylinders and switching vacuum pneumatic circuits. Available in Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO) configurations, this series adopts high-strength lightweight aluminum alloy valve bodies with compact layout, rapid response and IP65 dustproof & waterproof protection grade, acting as the standard core control component for small and medium-sized pneumatic automation systems. The port layout follows universal industry standards: P for main air inlet, A for execution working port connecting cylinders or vacuum suckers, R for exhaust port matched with silencers to lower operational noise. Direct-acting 3V1 and 3V2 variants support reliable zero-pressure startup within 0~0.8 MPa with switching response under 0.05s, perfectly fit for low-pressure gas pipelines and negative-pressure vacuum control scenarios. Pilot-operated 3V100/3V200/3V300 series features larger flow capacity and lower coil power consumption, requiring a minimum inlet pressure of 0.15 MPa for stable switching to satisfy high-flow conventional pneumatic loops. Equipped with a thimble-style manual override button for convenient on-site debugging during installation and maintenance, the whole series supports oil-free operation with stable sealing performance. Multiple thread specifications including M5, G1/8, G1/4 and G3/8 are optional, paired with mainstream global AC & DC voltages and two wiring modes of DIN socket and flying leads. It can directly replace traditional 3A air pilot valves and 3L hand pull valves without structural modification, widely deployed in workpiece clamping jacking mechanisms, vacuum adsorption switching, pneumatic interlock protection and inching control of small actuators.

Operated via straightforward axial push-pull handle movement, this manual pneumatic valve requires no electric parts or pneumatic drive signals, making it an intrinsically safe manual switching component for pneumatic circuits. It is widely deployed for single-acting cylinder actuation, circuit on-off switching, inching commissioning and safety interlock systems, especially ideal for field debugging, emergency cut-off and explosion-prone working environments. The three-port layout complies with universal industry standards: P for main compressed air inlet, A for working output port connecting single-acting cylinders, and R for exhaust port compatible with standard silencers to reduce exhaust noise. Under normal released status, the built-in return spring presses the precision spool to seal the P inlet; port A links to R for pressure relief to maintain the closed safe state. Manual pulling of the handle shifts the spool to connect P and A ports for air supply to drive cylinder movement. Once released, the spring instantly resets the valve, cutting air intake and exhausting residual pressure to prevent unintended continuous operation. Constructed with robust aluminum alloy housings and low-friction precision spools, the valve supports lubrication-free operation with stable sealing performance. Four size grades ranging from compact 3L100 up to heavy-duty 3L400 cover thread specifications M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2; PT, NPT and G thread options are available to satisfy global installation demands. The valve supports panel mounting and base mounting, sharing identical installation dimensions with the 3A air-operated valves for seamless interchange between manual and pneumatic control modes.
