Guide rail for electrical switchgear is a mechanical structure for supporting, guiding and mounting switchgear components, mainly used in electrical equipment. The core goal of its design is to ensure the stability of the switchgear, accurate alignment and ease of subsequent maintenance and replacement. Rails are usually made of aluminum alloy or galvanized steel, with strong load carrying capacity and corrosion resistance. For special environments (such as wet or corrosive places), the rails will be made of anti-corrosion treatment or stainless steel. Common rail shapes include "C", "U" or "L" sections, designed to be compatible with many types of switchgear. Built-in magnetic rings work with position sensors to monitor clamp/release status; clockwise RZ and counterclockwise LZ rotation directions are optional. It is widely applied in machine tool fixtures, welding positioning, stamping fixing, precision 3C components, semiconductor tray clamping and fixture flipping limiting. It simplifies mechanical design and saves installation space by integrating rotating and clamping functions. Select bore size with clamping force ≥ actual load × 1.5 safety factor and reserve 3~5 mm stroke margin to avoid mechanical collision.
