     KQ2P is a dedicated push-in plug for SOLH KQ2 series one-touch fittings. It directly inserts into the tube inlet of KQ2 fittings for temporary or permanent sealing of tube ports, idle fitting closure and pressure testing. Tool-free and plug-and-play.

5. Installation & Usage Notes

     • Ensure tube port is flat and burr-free, push plug fully in for sealing; no PTFE tape required.

     • Plug removal: grip plug root and pull out directly. No release collar needed.

     • Vacuum limitation: good sealing under general working conditions. Not suitable for long-term high vacuum holding, minor leakage may occur.

     • Max pressure ≤1MPa. Overpressure and pressure shock are prohibited.
