Certified Ex d Ⅱ BT4, CCC, TIIS & IEC with IPX6 protection, they apply to Zone 1 & Zone 2 flammable and explosive environments such as lithium coating, chemical, painting and oil & gas workshops. Both share interchangeable 3.5W low-power flameproof coils and housings, while their manifold bases are non-interchangeable. 50-VFE requires 0.15MPa differential pressure and only works for positive-pressure double-acting cylinder circuits, incompatible with vacuum. 50-VPE features zero-pressure startup, stable under full vacuum down to -101.2kPa and automatic pressure relief upon power loss for vacuum handling and single-acting cylinders. Lubrication-free design allows single threaded mounting or multi-station manifold valve island assembly with certified flameproof wiring fittings, providing safe standard pneumatic switching for explosion-proof industrial production lines.
