It adopts 304 stainless steel barrel and piston rod plus aluminum alloy end caps, offering rust resistance suitable for humid, mildly corrosive environments as well as clean production lines for food, electronics and packaging industries. Complete variants include MA standard double acting model, MTA single acting spring return, MSA single acting spring extend, MAD double rod synchronous cylinder and MAJ stroke adjustable type. MAC version with adjustable air cushion is optional for high-speed operation. All models are equipped with built-in magnetic ring, compatible with CS1-G and M9B magnetic switches for position feedback. Standard rubber cushion is supplied, and optional adjustable air cushion effectively reduces impact and noise. Roll-crimped end cap structure ensures stable performance and enables oil-free operation with service life over 5 million cycles. Multiple mounting accessories are available, including cylindrical tail, clevis tail, flange, foot bracket and double clevis to fit diverse equipment layouts. Ideal for light & medium-load automation projects with budget constraints. A minimum 50% thrust safety margin is recommended during selection.
