SOLH IS3000 piston-type mechanical pneumatic pressure switch is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models. Air pressure pushes the built-in piston to actuate a 1NO+1NC micro contact switch, with adjustable pressure range 0.1~0.7MPa, hysteresis ≤0.05MPa and repeatability ±0.05MPa. Die-cast aluminum housing reaches IP40 dustproof grade, equipped with top adjustment knob and graduated window for offline pressure setting without power supply. Standard port Rc1/4, optional NPT1/4 thread, IS3100 gasket mounting version and IS3010 micro-load variant dedicated for PLC, as well as indicator light optional model. Its solid piston mechanical structure delivers outstanding shock and vibration resistance, stable on vibratory feeders, knocking hammers and stamping machines without signal drift or false triggering common to digital electronic switches. Max contact load 1A allows direct driving of miniature solenoid valves or connection to PLC digital inputs, widely applied for main air source low-pressure protection, cylinder clamping position confirmation and pneumatic safety interlock for vibration equipment. It provides higher electrical load capacity than IS10 reed switches and better cost performance & vibration stability than ISE30A digital pressure switches.
