KQ2Z series belongs to SOLH KQ2 pneumatic one-touch fitting family. It is male thread multi-branch manifold fitting, featuring single air inlet and multiple simultaneous tube outlets. Push-to-connect design for tool-free tubing insertion & removal, used for centralized air distribution in pneumatic systems. Four sub-models available:
KQ2Z: 1-in 2-out dual port, external hex mounting
KQ2ZF: 1-in 2-out stackable manifold, upper Rc female thread for cascading extra manifolds
KQ2ZD: 1-in 4-out four-way branch manifold
KQ2ZT: 1-in 6-out six-way branch manifold
Core Advantages: Compact manifold design to save installation space. PBT body with nickel-plated brass thread. Compatible with PU / PA pneumatic tubing, works for both positive pressure and vacuum circuits. Direct drop-in replacement for original SMC KQ2Z fittings.

• Cut tube end vertically flat, fully insert tubing into fitting bottom for reliable sealing.
• Wrap a small amount of PTFE tape on male threads, apply moderate tightening torque to avoid cracking plastic body.
• Tube removal: press white release ring and pull tube outward simultaneously.
• For cascaded KQ2ZF application, guarantee thread sealing. Do not exceed rated pressure after multi-stage stacking.
