SOLH VR51 all-pneumatic two-hand safety interlock valve complies with EN ISO 13851 and EN574 safety standards. It integrates built-in 0.5-second synchronous detection anti-cheat logic; output air only activates when two buttons are pressed within 0.5s time difference, and air supply cuts off instantly once any button is released to avoid hand crushing injuries. Fully pneumatic without electrical components, it delivers intrinsic explosion-proof performance for dusty, humid and flammable workshops. The 3/2-way logic valve comes with standard exhaust silencer and wear-resistant lubrication-free spool for long service life. Equipped with φ6 / 1/4" flame retardant push-in fittings and optional mounting bracket, supporting rear or bottom piping layouts, it serves as standard safety interlock component for punching, riveting, cutting, injection molding and other high-risk processing machinery.

SOLH VCH400 (VCH410) series pilot operated 3-port poppet solenoid valve is customized for medium & high-pressure gas pipelines with max operating pressure up to 5.0MPa. Equipped with high-pressure polyurethane elastic seals and large-size ISO G threads (G1/2, G3/4, G1), it delivers high flow capacity and ≤±2ms response deviation, with outstanding vibration & shock resistance and 10-million-cycle service life. Drip-proof structure reaches equivalent IP65 protection; the NC version automatically vents upon power loss, ideal for high-pressure charging, venting and pressure conversion circuits, and perfectly matched with SOLH VCHR high-pressure regulators. Only applicable to clean dry compressed air and inert gas. Coil-down mounting is prohibited, and periodic cycling actuation is required to avoid poppet adhesion. SOLH IP200 force-balance nozzle-flapper all-pneumatic servo positioner converts 0.02~0.1MPa air control signal into precise cylinder linear displacement without power supply, delivering intrinsic explosion safety for chemical, mining and flammable environments. It achieves high control precision with sensitivity ≤0.5% FS, suitable for double-acting cylinders with bore ≥Ø50mm and stroke 25~300mm. Integrated all-in-one design mounts directly on cylinders, equipped with separate zero and span adjustment screws for tool-free on-site calibration. SOLH IL100 booster relay is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models, acting as a 1:1 equal-pressure precision pneumatic volume amplifier. It achieves precise pressure tracking between input signal and output with linearity error within ±1% FS and maximum flow up to 6000 L/min, effectively eliminating slow response lag from long pipelines, large diaphragm actuators and big bore cylinders. Multiple thread standards including Rc, NPT and G are available. Besides standard temperature version, low-temperature (-30℃), high-temperature (100℃) and copper-free high-purity variants for semiconductors are optional. The anti-corrosion aluminum alloy body supports direct mounting or bracket installation with low steady air consumption. SOLH SCV series dedicated air-operated coating valves include 2-way SCV12 and 3-way SCV13 for paint, thinner and purge air switching & fast color change control. Wetted parts adopt composite PTFE+FPM solvent-resistant seals, and isolation diaphragm separates driving mechanism from coating liquid to avoid paint adhesion, achieving service life over 5 million cycles. Fully pneumatic structure without electric parts eliminates spark risks for explosion-proof coating workshops. SOLH VEX1 balanced poppet 3-way relief pressure regulator adopts poppet structure instead of traditional diaphragm design, delivering 3~5 times higher flow than standard AR regulators with oversized relief port for fast pressure relief and stable back pressure. It achieves superior regulation precision with hysteresis ≤0.03MPa, repeatability & sensitivity ≤0.01MPa. Two control modes are available: remote air pilot and integrated solenoid pilot for automatic multi-stage pressure switching. Max inlet pressure reaches 1.0MPa, with port sizes ranging from 1/8" to 2". SOLH VEX1133 high-flow precision relief regulator adopts combined nozzle-flapper pilot and balanced poppet structure. Compact in size yet with strong supply & exhaust capacity, it realizes ultra-fast pressure stabilization with negligible overshoot under sudden load changes and large downstream volume. It delivers ultra-high control precision with sensitivity ≤0.2% FS and repeatability ≤±0.5% FS, fully meeting micron-level positioning and constant force/tension process standards. Built-in overflow relief automatically discharges excess pressure inside closed air chambers to maintain stable set pressure without drift. Featuring friction-free internal components, lubrication-free and anti-contamination design, it allows arbitrary-angle mounting and supports standalone or manifold stacked assembly. SOLH VH series 4-way 90° manual rotary hand valve switches air circuits by rotating handle, with three optional center functions: 3-position center closed, 3-position center exhaust and 2-position type. Adopting precision rotary spool seal for ultra-low internal leakage, it features zinc alloy / die-cast aluminum body and lubrication-free long service life, with built-in mechanical position lock to avoid accidental operation. It supports side port and bottom port piping layout, available for panel flush mounting or direct body fixing, with port sizes from Rc1/4" to 1" and max operating pressure 0.7~1.0MPa. SOLH VM1 (VM100) miniature 2/3 port mechanical poppet valve is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models. Adopting compact reliable poppet sealing structure, it features ultra-narrow 11mm width and only 60g weight for easy embedded & dense stacking installation inside machinery. Operating pressure ranges from -100kPa vacuum to 1.0MPa positive pressure, with lubrication-free design, excellent tightness and strong dust resistance. Multiple thread options including M5, Rc1/8, NPT1/8 & G1/8 are available, supporting side port and bottom port piping layout.
