HLH Series Side Rail Precision Linear Slide Cylinder

SOLH HLH ultra-thin side L rail linear slide cylinder adopts integrated single-side recirculating ball guide rail with slim low-profile body to save installation space, a double-acting pneumatic slide dedicated to light-load precision positioning. Bore sizes range from 6, 10, 16 to 20 mm with standard strokes of 5–60 mm, operating pressure 0.15~0.7 MPa and working temperature from -20℃ to 70℃. The cylinder body features 4-direction mounting tapped holes and 3-side air ports for flexible piping layout. The slide carriage is equipped with fixture tapped holes and positioning pin holes on top and front surfaces. A built-in magnetic ring comes as standard, with dual side slots for mounting magnetic reed switches. The floating joint between piston rod and carriage eliminates lateral side load and ensures excellent straightness & anti-rotation precision.
