MSQ Series Rotary Table/Rack & pinion type

SOLH MSQ rack-and-pinion rotary actuator is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC rotary tables. Driven by symmetrical dual piston gear rack structure, it generates 3~4 times higher torque and superior radial & axial load capacity versus vane-type CRQ cylinders. Two grades are available: MSQB standard series with H9 tolerance and MSQA high-precision series featuring H8 fit and ±0.01mm repeat positioning accuracy. The rotary table is pre-machined with locating pin holes and fixture tapping holes, plus a central hollow through hole for wiring & tubing routing. Equipped with dual-end angle adjustment screws for infinitely adjustable swing range 0~190°, fixed 90°/180° swing variants are optional. Two damping solutions are offered: standard rubber bumpers and suffix-R integrated hydraulic shock absorbers (L low kinetic energy / H high kinetic energy). Dual piping layouts include default end-face ports and E side front ports. Built-in magnetic rings support M9BW reed switches to transmit position feedback signals to PLC. Frame sizes range from 10 to 200, pre-filled with long-life grease for lubrication-free operation. Widely applied to PCB optical inspection, microchip precision positioning, packaging direction switching, machine tool workpiece flipping and mini manipulator end rotary joints for indexing, turnover and multi-angle positioning automation.

Product Overview

     SOLH MSQ series adopts dual piston symmetrical rack & pinion driving structure, split into two sub-series: MSQB standard grade and MSQA high precision grade. It features integrated circular mounting table with central hollow through hole, swing angle continuously adjustable from 0~190°.

Symmetric dual piston rack-pinion delivers 3~4 times larger output torque and superior radial/axial load capacity compared with vane-type CRQ rotary cylinders. Two shock absorption options available: built-in rubber buffer or integrated hydraulic buffer. Dual air port layout (end face / side front) simplifies tubing layout; compatible magnetic reed switches for rotary position signal feedback.
