1. Conductor material - pin/sleeve: high conductivity copper alloy (such as tin-phosphor bronze), silver/nickel plated surface, anti-oxidation and reduced contact resistance.

Shell: engineering plastic (such as PA66) or metal material, fire retardant (UL94 V0 certified).

2. Design features

Lock mechanism: mechanical locking design to prevent loosening caused by vibration (such as spring lock).

Plug-in life: ≥500 plug-in and pull-out times (in accordance with IEC 60309 standard).

Wiring method: bolt crimping or crimping terminal, supporting large-section cables (such as 70-120mm²).
