    SOLH VM4 (VM400) medium 3-port poppet mechanical valve is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models, positioned between mini VM1 and high-flow VM2 series. Its core advantage lies in compatibility with full pressure range from -100kPa vacuum to 1.0MPa positive pressure, a feature unavailable on VM2. It adopts standard Rc1/8 port with optional NPT/G1/8 threads and Cv=0.38 flow capacity, supporting side and bottom port piping layout. Built with solid metal body, it withstands 1000m/s² impact and heavy vibration, suitable for harsh heavy-duty production lines, with lubrication-free dust-resistant poppet sealing for long service life. A complete set of interchangeable actuators are provided: standard / hardened anti-abrasion steel roller lever, one-way anti-rebound roller, straight plunger, multi-color mushroom emergency stop buttons, 2/3-position rotary knobs, lockable pushbuttons and toggle hinge levers. Widely applied in cylinder & slide table stroke limit detection, vacuum adsorption/release circuits, equipment manual jog commissioning, machine safety emergency interlock and jig fixture switching, it is the ideal medium mechanical trigger valve for working conditions requiring vacuum compatibility and strong shock resistance.

    SOLH XTO674 and INA14 inline check valves share the same structural platform with ultra-low 0.01MPa cracking pressure, compatible with both compressed air and clean water for anti-backflow protection in vacuum and low-pressure fluid pipelines. XTO674 is an all-brass cryogenic version working down to -30℃; INA14 standard series provides brass or SUS304 stainless steel body, equipped with standard NBR seals plus optional oil & high temp resistant FKM and weather-proof CR seals. Compact inline threaded design with flow arrow marking can be directly mounted in pipelines without extra brackets, effectively preventing vacuum loss and reverse airflow when installed between vacuum generators and suction cups. The two series feature identical overall dimensions and thread sizes for direct field interchange without pipe modification, widely applied in cryogenic equipment, vacuum production lines, corrosion-resistant high-temperature fluid circuits and general pneumatic & water pipelines for one-way pressure retention and backflow prevention.
