    FN18-D is a general purpose, three-pole, load break switch that offers switchgear owners and assemblers the advantages of an advanced interrupting technology and proven, dependable performance in a compact design. The switch is available to switchgear assemblers as a building block for metal-enclosed and pad-mounted switchgear applications in ratings from 12-40.5 kV. The standard FN18 switch includes a heavy-duty steel frame with stand-off insulators, a unique puffer-type arc extinguishing system, an operating mechanism and current-carrying components, including blade-type interrupters with cast hinges and jaw connectors. Optional accessories and features include a variety of operating handles, a motor operator, auxiliary switches, a shunt trip device, fuse bases, mechanical fuse tripping, grounding switches, mechanical door interlocking and key interlocking. FN18 series indoor high-voltage load switch has the advantages of easy design, operation, compact structure, small volume, full function, light weight, fast breaking and closing speed and high reliability.     ACK Series Angle Cylinder

    SOLH ACK angle cylinder integrates integrated compound motion of standard 90° rotation / optional 180° turning plus linear downward clamping, with bore sizes ranging from φ25 to φ63. It features a three-guide-groove supporting structure as the core design, which brings superior structural rigidity and strong resistance to eccentric loads, achieving high angular positioning accuracy of ±1.5°, better than ordinary rotary clamp cylinders. Two structural types are available: ACK with single pressure plate for narrow workpieces and ACKD double pressure plate for wide workpieces; counterclockwise left rotation (L) and clockwise right rotation (R) are selectable to match on-site layout. Working cycle: piston rod retracts and lifts up → rotates to avoid workpiece interference → extends downward for clamping; release runs in reverse order for resetting. The piston rod is made of heat-treated alloy steel, the cylinder tube undergoes hard anodizing, matched with imported high-performance sealing rings to realize excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low air leakage and long service life. Four bottom through holes support direct installation and flange mounting; built-in sensor grooves facilitate magnetic switch assembly to monitor clamp and release status. Each bore is equipped with fixed standard clamping stroke; the maximum clamping force of φ63 reaches 1050 N under 0.5 MPa operating pressure. The working pressure ranges 0.15~1.0 MPa with wide temperature adaptability from −20℃ to 80℃. It is extensively adopted in machine tool tooling, welding positioning, anti-shifting fixing for stamping processes, fixture clamping of electronic trays and positioning for turnover mechanisms. It replaces separate rotary and clamping cylinders to simplify mechanical layout and save installation space. Select proper bore size with theoretical clamping force ≥ actual load × 1.5 safety factor, and reserve 3~5 mm stroke margin against mechanical collision.
