    MRHQ Series Rotary Gripper

    SOLH MRHQ vane-type integrated rotary gripper is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models. It integrates a vane rotary module and parallel air gripper into a single actuator, replacing split combination of rotary table plus separate finger cylinder. Overall length is shortened by roughly 20% and tubing drag interference during rotation is eliminated. Bore sizes cover 10/16/20/25 mm with standard 90° and 180° rotation versions. End stop screws enable ±10° total angular fine adjustment. The double-acting parallel jaw achieves repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm. Five mounting surfaces together with locating bosses and pin holes enable fast centering and multi-orientation assembly. Built-in magnetic rings support up to four M9 series reed switches to detect both rotary limits and jaw open/closed status for full PLC interlock control. Adopting oil-free self-lubricating structure, it is widely used for workpiece gripping, flipping and direction conversion in confined-space 3C electronics and packaging automation lines for light & medium loads from 0.1 to 5 kg. A minimum 30% safety margin is required during load selection.

These switches are suitable for protecting power systems operating at 10kV, 24kV, and 35kV under on-load conditions. They are capable of interrupting on-load current, closed-loop current, no-load transformer capacity, and cable charging current. When equipped with a fuse combination, they can cut off any current within the range of the rated short-circuit breaking current. These devices find application in RMUs and combined transformers, among others.
