1. Product Overview

     KQ2F is a female-thread straight one-touch push-in fitting within SOLIH KQ2 series. One end for quick insertion of PU/PA tubing and the other end with internal female thread, designed for straight connection in pneumatic pipelines. Specially built for pneumatic components, cylinders and solenoid valves with female threaded ports. Fully compatible with SMC equivalent KQ2F fittings, featuring compact size and easy installation for automation air circuits.

6. Installation & Operation Guidelines

     • Cut tubing vertically with flat and burr-free end. Fully insert tubing all the way to lock securely and avoid air leakage.

     • Press release sleeve and pull tubing out smoothly for disassembly. Do not yank forcibly to protect tubing and fitting jaws.

     • Some models come with pre-applied sealant; PTFE tape is not required. For models without sealant, wrap a small amount of PTFE tape to prevent thread leakage.

     • Not applicable for oil, corrosive fluids or other non-air media except dedicated special versions, which may damage seals and fitting body.

     • Avoid radial or axial external force on fitting to prevent deformation and seal failure.
